I was gratified to hear that this matter is being actively investigated, so I sent the following email back to Mr. Radke (and also addressed it to Mr. Sellman):

I've said, I've done quite a bit investigation into this matter myself
already, and have laid out everything I can think of as clearly as I
can, in the blog.
If there is an active investigation underway, I certainly understand the reason that you can't comment on it now.
I'm eager to see the results of the investigation once it is finished.

I have to admit that I'm left kind of wondering just what is being actively "investigated".
All I really wanted to know was whether the Department of Public Safety had any record of an "arson fire" occurring in Cloquet on July 6, 2012, and of Molotov cocktails being thrown at the same address on July 19. And, I wanted to know which agency investigated the fire and who determined it was an "arson fire". And I also asked: Which county (St. Louis or Carlton) was this "arson fire" listed under in official DPS fire statistics for "incendiary fires" in the year 2012.
It would seem to me that this kind of information must be kept in some kind of searchable computer data-base, and shouldn't take more than a few minutes to look up. Indeed, in such a high-profile case as this, you'd think either the Investigator or the Incident Inspector would just REMEMBER it, and not have to look it up at all.
Actually, their being "unable to comment" on this fire or lack of one seems to further confirm my past conclusion that there WAS no fire on that date. If there had been a fire, they could easily just tell me there was indeed a fire, and where it was, and who reported it, and who investigated it, and who listed it. None of those should be big secrets or mysteries.
So, what are they investigating? Are they trying to find out the names of the people or agencies who falsely reported a felony arson fire to the local media, to the Prosecutor, and to a St. Louis County judge, but did not report it to the State Fire Marshal?
According to an article printed in the Duluth News Tribune on April 1, 2013,
But anyway, I've decided (at least for the time being) to stop with this blog. I've exposed as much as I can, and I've made it as clear as I can that there has been at the very least (1) false arrest and imprisonment, (2) false reporting of a crime, (3) manufacture of evidence, and (4) I think that the adamant refusal to check the DNA of Mr. Hinze though he met every criteria of the killer in a brutal murder is awfully damned close to accessory to murder after the fact ...
However, as far as "bringing anybody to justice" for the crimes it seems have been committed here, I of course have no power whatsoever.
So, I've decided to just let this ferment for awhile, and link to the blog here and there ...
I hope that someone will read it who DOES have some legal expertise, and will give some assistance in the cause of justice in this dirty rotten case of coverup.
